Victory II-class Star Destroyer
Though outwardly similar to the Victory I, the Victory II was designed for deep space combat.
With this in mind, the designers fitted the ships with powerful Hoersch-Kessel Drive, Inc. engines, as the Victory I's LF9 ion engines could not produce sufficient acceleration to engage faster and newer vessels in ship-to-ship combat. Although the Victory II had the same distinctive atmospheric maneuvering surfaces as the Victory I, this class was incapable of entering atmospheres.
Besides its quicker sublight speed and lack of atmospheric capability, the most notable change was the addition of ion cannons, more turbolasers, and the removal of the banks of concussion missile tubes.

Ion cannons (20) - was a weapon which fired highly ionized particles or highly ionized plasma. These particles did little physical damage (the plasma did more), but seriously interfered with the operation of electronics and computer systems, shorting circuits and often disabling them outright.
Large negative-ion pulses were charged in a turbine generator then channeled into a plasma charge or released as a large pulse towards a target. As a result, ion cannons were the weapon of choice for subduing, rather than destroying, enemy starships, vehicles, shields, or droids.
Tractor beam projectors (10) - was a type of controlled force field that could be used to manipulate objects caught within its range and field-of-view. Tractor beam projectors were commonplace on capital ships, container ships, docking bays, and on spaceports.
The most common use for a tractor beam was to help guide spacecraft into a safe landing at spaceports and docking bays, as well as for aid with loading and unloading of cargo.
Warships, such as Star Destroyers, boasted powerful military-grade tractor beam projectors that could capture ships; disabled or not, and drag them into a hangar or hold them in position for boarding.
A tractor beam drew upon the inertia of the target as well as the ship from which it emanated. Ships with high inertia, typically meaning high mass, could affect smaller vessels with little strain on their own propulsion. Capital ships could tractor small freighters, for example, but if a freighter attempted to tractor a capital ship, it would actually affect the freighter's trajectory. For two ships of roughly equal size, the attraction was equal, but could be affected by the speed of the ships, which is where momentum plays a role

TIE Phantom
The TIE Phantom was a modified version of the V38 assault fighter, leading some to refer to the starfighters by this designation, as well as the more common "Phantom TIE." Design-wise, it was a member of the TIE series, which dominated the Empire's starfighter fleet during the Galactic Civil War. However, it was distinctive among the series in that its solar array wings were attached directly to the fuselage, perpendicular to the hull, rather than to pylons extending from it. Like in the TIE/D Defender, the wings were equally spaced around the hull, with one located directly above the cockpit, and two below and to either side.
